Community Support Centre

IJC’s Community Support Centre Earlville is an information service dedicated to helping indigenous residents and visitors to the Cairns area access vital services and information. The Community Support Program provides 2 services. 

  • information on services like Centrelink, housing, job services, education and medical providers.
  • support and training so individuals are able to learn how to access these services themselves. This training is about building independence and confidence to ask the questions that get the answers they need.

After using the Community Support Centre, getting help from any service should be easier and quicker and the actual assistance received will be exactly what people requested.
